As a private screenwriting coach, I offer personalized, one-on-one guidance for writers at every stage of their craft, from crash courses for beginners to polishing final drafts for professionals.

I have taught screenwriting since 2019 at Chapman University's Dodge College, and I work with private clients alongside that teaching. My philosophy on screenwriting is always evolving and I love sharing my own experience as a writer with my students and clients.

One-on-one screenwriting coaching

We work through your script together, at whatever pace the project needs. I have adapted my private curriculum from the graduate and undergraduate courses I teach at Dodge College, a top U.S. film school.

Script notes and consulting

If you want a consultant's read rather than ongoing coaching, I also provide detailed script notes and one-off feedback sessions on a draft.

Industry strategy

Beyond creative development, I provide professional strategies for navigating the film and television industry, from pitching and packaging to understanding markets and festivals. Whether you are writing your first screenplay or refining a project for production, my goal is to help you build both the artistry and the career of a working screenwriter.
